Refunds & Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, do please contact me!
If you would like to return a gift or home decor item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return. All items must be returned in their original condition and received by me within 28 days of purchase. The safe return and cost of doing so must be paid for by the buyer. Only when the item has been received in its original condition will I issue a refund for the item. Please email me at bettyjacksdesigns@gmail.com for a return address.
If you wish to return furniture or a larger item please contact me within 14 days. We will arrange for our courier to collect the item at a mutually agreed time. This must be within 28 days of you receiving the item. The courier cost is non-refundable and the return courier cost is the responsibility of the buyer, the courier cost must be paid in advance of collection for any item returned. Should the item be returned with signs of use or damage we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover any costs we incur in getting the item ready for resale.
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations Or offer returns or refunds for custom or personalised orders but again please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please check all items on delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify me within 48 hrs of receiving the item and email me with details and a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt to bettyjacksdesigns@gmail.com
Please note:
All furniture custom orders include a non-refundable fee of £100 for sourcing, consultation, design boards, paint and fabric samples. The buyer will forfeit the non-refundable fee should they choose not to proceed with the order after this work has taken place.
